An entry-level position at a firm that doesn't operate like one - broad exposure from day one, and responsibility that grows as fast as you do.
We work across a genuinely broad range of disciplines - management accounts, financial modelling, M&A support, systems implementation, tax planning, and turnaround finance - which means from day one you'll be sitting alongside work that most junior accountants don't encounter until much later in their careers. We're a small practice deliberately operating above the traditional local firm level. The space we work in moves quickly: client needs are more complex, the tools are changing, and the standard we hold ourselves to is high. That's the environment you'd be joining.
You'll contribute to bookkeeping, accounts preparation, VAT returns, payroll, and management accounts support - the technical foundations every good accountant needs. Alongside that, you'll have direct exposure to higher complexity engagements: financial models, board-level reporting, and client situations that require real thinking, not just process. The expectation is that your responsibilities grow as your capability does.
Organised, precise, and curious about how businesses work. You don't need to arrive knowing everything - but you do need to be honest about what you don't know, committed to your professional studies, and the kind of person who follows things through without being reminded. Good grades and qualifications matter. Attitude and aptitude matter more.
Full study support toward ACCA or CIMA, direct exposure to senior-level work from the outset, and mentorship from people invested in your development. This is a role for someone who wants to build a serious career in finance, and wants to do it somewhere that will stretch them from the start.
